Enterprise leaders often possess enormous volumes of operational data but lack the visibility needed to make timely business decisions. In this project, information was spread across ERP software, warehouse systems, logistics platforms, finance applications, sales channels, and manually maintained spreadsheets. Every department produced valuable insights independently, yet leadership rarely had access to a unified picture of business performance. Before development began, our analytics consultants worked with executive leadership, warehouse managers, logistics coordinators, finance teams, procurement specialists, and operations managers to understand how decisions were made throughout the organisation.
